Probably Heritage paid for the grading and will deduct when it is sold.

If the submitter put a $2 million value on it, it would be $51,000 to slab it, Plus shipping.

Looks like the cover is shifted up to the right.  Don't they normally doctor that out on books of this caliber,  or is it too risky with the staples so pushed in?

I don’t think they press or do anything at all on a book with fan pages.
