Hello, I've purchased a premium membership and I'm sending in some books. How do I add the $150 credit to the order or is it just reduced from the order?

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  The $150 membership credit will automatically be deducted from your grading fees once your order is received.  You are not charged for anything until your order is received here in the office.  We will deduct off the credit first and then just charge you the difference.  Since the online form is not a live form, you won't see the $150 credit there but it is linked to your account internally and will be deducted automatically when we receive the order.
