These are a bit hard to grade as they are in nice shape but with very minor defects.
I would grade the #1 as a VF+ and the #2 as a VF, but could be better.

Same as above, in nice shape but with minor wear. It has a minor impact crease in the blc (see pictures)
I would grade this as a VF/VF+ but maybe it could be better.
All can be pressed with some benefit, I believe, if you like pressing.

Franco Fossati - Superman: Biografia di un Eroe (1979)
("Superman: Biography of a Hero")

This is an italian book (not thick, but magazine sized) which came out in 1979, written by one of our most talented comic critics, which unfortunately died quite young).
I don’t know how much it can make sense to list it here, since text is obviously in italian, but considered it’s a book that very likely did not have a big print run, and that now seems to be scarce, I thought to give it a try.
On the italian eBay there are two copies, with asking prices of 150 and 250 Euro respectively. I don’t think it should demand so much, so how about
