Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  Yes, you have two weeks from the date you receive the package to report any damage or issues like that.  You can email our customer service department with the certification number and they can send you instructions and a pre-paid shipping label to send those back and we can reholder them for you at no charge.  Thank you!

Hi, Jennifer, I just picked up my box and was excited as anything because I paid the price of Magazine walk through since the book is a Christmas gift and the case is really broken badly. When I contact customer service since I paid for walk through service will I get the the same expedited service to get it back in time for Christmas?

Good morning,

Thanks for your message. We do expedite mechanical errors to be corrected as quickly as possible but I can't say for certain that you will be able to get it back in time for Christmas.  There is generally a 1-2 week timeframe on those.  We will try to get that reholdered and back to you ASAP.
