The long wait is finally over!

A note I should have included originally, the window bag wasn't respected in any way. My Window bag allowed for the bottom left 2/3rds of the book to be signed/remarqued. In this case the artists decision was clearly better than mine... just a word of "warning" to anyone submitting. (And this has happened with 90% of my signings) The REQUIRED window bags are a complete joke.

I have submitted to several different signings and so far only 1 of my Jock  books was the only one they obviously threw the bag out and did something different.

Anxiously still waiting for my Sienkiewicz with remarque to arrive. FedEx shows scheduled delivery on Tuesday but here it is Thursday with still in transit between Oregon and Washington state. Did they add a few continents in-between Oregon and us I'm unaware of?!?!?!? Hopefully tomorrow.

While window bags are required, there is not a particular window bag that is required to be used.  You can make your own with a window exactly where you want the book to be signed, with the rest of the book covered.  Just be sure to leave enough room for a decent-sized sig.  It's helpful to see examples of the sig in judging the size of window to leave.

Yeah, but what is happening is they are taking the books out of the bags for some of the signers. I've had at least 2 (De La Rosa/Bagley and Frank Miller) signings that they definitely signed in places that were impossible based on my custom made window bag. I would never use the CGC bag as I am very particular about where I want signatures.

Some artists believe, usually correctly, that they know a better placement for a signature than the person who made the window bag.

After it was scheduled to be delivered last Tuesday, on Sunday the FedEx gods delivered my remarqued New Mutants 18. Asked for a Warlock, Demon Bear or a Warlock Demon Beat. Pretty unique.

My 3 books came back recently, opted for Moon Knight, Legion and Warlock.

As you can see, the cases are damaged, as sadly, Fedex thought it would be a good idea to run over the package (they even kindly left the tire marks on the top of the box). Luckily only the cases cracked and the inner well survived, but they are on their way back to Sarasota for a reholder.
