Later Submissions being charged before earlier ones?

Hey I just have a quick question. I have 2 submissions that were just charged to my credit card and I have 2 older submissions from 2 months earlier that have yet to be charged? 

Is anyone else having this happen? Just curious on why this may be happening out of order. All submissions were at same service level.

I would call them and ask what's going on. Seems strange to me.
