Smudges in sealed slab 1 1

I just received a colic I submitted and noticed that there are smudges in the case I thought it was on the outs side I tried to remove with my eyeglass cleaner wipe but the smudges apear to be inside the case. Has anyone had this issue and if so what was done about it? I am going to call tomorrow and see what CGC says about it

You are on the right course of action.  Take good photos, email customer service, and see what their reaction is.  They can probably help you out with a reholder.

With the amount of sub-standard slabs being sent, it would seem wiser for CGC to do a better QC job than to pay for all the reholder work, the main expense being that they include shipping both ways.  Just a poor business practice the way it is now.
