Cracked holder 0

I recently bought a graded comic from my local shop but it has a crack at the top of the holder in the "header" section. It doesn't go down into the bottom near the book and it's still sealed. Does it still hold its value? I sent an email and I'm going to call Monday but just wondering what everyone knows. My first graded comic.

As long as whatever caused the crack didn't damage the comic you should be ok.  If it was dropped and a corner got damaged (for example) that would hurt the grade, so you'll want to inspect it carefully. 

You could get the book reholdered by CGC. I believe CGC won't reholder it if they feel it's damaged and no longer retains their initial grade.

I've purchased a few cracked slabs and didn't have any problem getting them reslabbed. That one should be good to go. It'll cost you like $40 all in.
