Census REJECT? 0

I've never seen this before so perhaps someone can clarify, what does it mean when a book is classified as REJECT in under the additional details of a books Restored census data?

Good afternoon,

I did check on this for you since I was not aware this was listed on the Census.  Our Restoration manager did advise that reject column should not be coming up on the Census and we will be having that updated in the next few days to have that removed.
