I was thinking of the Castle thing but doing something like what the first Ninjago city set did by using every available space and making it modular in that it pieces apart.

That would be very cool, but I still think 48x48 is the way to go. Gives much more space to view and for detail. Modular sections that open or separate is my next step.

While broken heart may not be an ailment.  I have personally dealt with MANY that have given up the will to live and pass due to grief.  Many of the technical ailments were , dehydration, starvation, etc...
