What are CGC working days? 0

I am curious, pertaining to CGC grading, are CGC working days a typical 5-day work week?  I know there are also holidays in which CGC would be closed, I am just trying to determine when I may have my books back from grading.

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  We would classify working days as Monday through Friday.  We would not include any days where our offices are closed.  For example, we were closed on Thanksgiving day as well as the day after Thanksgiving so neither day would be included when calculating the turnaround times even though the day after Thanksgiving isn't an official holiday.
