I've decided not to renew my membership.  I've turned off what I believe to be the correct feature.  Is there anything else I need to do?  I do not wish to be charged in February when my current subscription expires.

Thank you for your message.  Yes, if you unchecked the auto renew box then your membership will expire at the end of your current term and will not automatically renew.  You can always contact our customer service department and provide your customer number and we can verify that everything has been updated correctly.
