Yes, this is a photocopy (sourced from digital scans available all over the internet) printed on the newer gen of laser copier/printers. These machines will print, fold, staple and trim the book to size. There are dozens of sellers on ebay selling books like this. Most call it a replica. I watched the first few minutes of the video, and as the buyer was walking towards the camera holding the book I knew exactly what he bought. Just the way the book separates at the centerfold without the book flopping over his hand, you can tell it's not newsprint.
