Re-Grading a signature comic to cgc

I have a spideman 300 signed by Stan Lee and witnessed and graded by Halo and Australian comic grading company. If I was to send it to CGC to re grade the comic will CGC acknowledge the signature as it was already witnessed by Halo another grading company?
