Yes.  Any Premium or Elite renewal.

So, basically, with Premium, for the applicable year, (i) you get the right to submit and (ii) you get your $149 membership fee refunded as long as you submit.  With Associate, for the applicable year, (i) you get the ribht to submit, but (ii) your $25 membership fee is not refunded in any way.

With Associate, you also get free graders notes, and 10% off at the CCG store.
