Thanks for all input.  How can you tell if there is color touch?

1) There are places where the color appears to be an imperfect match, like those vertical creases in the green ink;

2) Since black ink is much easier to match, it was more tempting for owners to touch up the black than other colors. There are spots where white creasing seems to 'disappear' in the black, but is there in the colored areas. That's a tell I always look for.

Not a slamdunk perhaps, but IMO more likely than not.

Thank you very much for the info.  I thought that line was a previous pressing but I see what you are talking about.....
