Nice book I would talk to Heritage, since that probably will go for a good amount it would be the 10% and they get the bidders with the deepest pockets. 

Wow, I just looked and that book in 9.0 sold on Heritage yesterday for $40.8k.  Yeah I think I would go with them.

.... the gigantimus scans on heritage may help to illustrate how this copy may actually be a 9.0 in an 8.5 slab ... depending on the grading time frame. GOD BLESS....

Yeah, a real jaw dropper. Best one in the run. High grade AND a ped. The market has been so crazy that I wouldn’t even guess on how to price it for a direct sale.

I don’t know what you paid or how greedy you are but I would agree that any of the big 3 houses would be the smartest way to go. Shop it around and go with the one that offers you the best deal. With the cray cray money being thrown around lately, you will probably be very presently surprised.
