So, I have banned this person instead of flagging HIM as a spammer.  The difference is, with a banning, his post will remain to help identify this spammer who has been haunting this forum for several months, and trying to scam people in PM's.  A while ago, I changed the settings so someone had to make at least 1 post before being able to send PM's.  Prior to this, he was contacting people privately without ever making a post.

You know these scamsters are pretty smart Mike.  They're gonna learn and adapt and change their MO

I just got a new id for approval.  Do you see the pattern?   This person has been banned.   BTW, when I banned him, he was viewing the WTB section.
