Why does CGC keep charging my OLD EXPIRED credit card?

I had this same issue last year.  All of my open orders were put in using a NEW a credit card and they still try to charge using my old CC information (I called the CC company to confirm).  My CC number stayed the same, but the expiration date and CV code changed.  Why are they doing this???  I can't get through to the accounting department, I keep getting put on hold and have to leave a message (for 8 hours today now they are closed).
