No graders notes is BS.

I can only imagine the lower grade was because of the "printer's streak" running vertically down the front cover. Looking at your book again I really don't see anything wrong with it.

I see at least 2 spine tics on the cape. 

Don't see anything else though. Would have guessed 9.4-9.6.

hmmm... looking at the close up photo that includes the price, I think it is more like 4 spine tics.

No graders notes on 9.2-9.6? I've seen graders notes on 9.4 for a recent (within the last year) grading from CGC.

OP should ask for the notes. It would educate us about how CGC grades in the over-9 range.
