GRADE IS IN: Police Comics 113 3 3

Nice tight clean flat comic.  Cover & CF are snug at the staples.   

Worst flaw is a 1/8" tear by the guys wrist on the free edge.  A couple of small creases in the lower right.

You should be able to see all of the minimal flaws.

I love these Reed Crandall covers.
