Never sent in for grading and I’m lost 2 2

       Hello,

I’ve been a player/collector of different TCGs since I was young, never sent anything in for grading though. I recently got this pull and posted it on fb groups. Many people sent me offers and I just think it’d be better to get it graded. It’s a error card and from what I’ve heard/read this has only happened on energy cards from a set called rival clash or something like that. I do not remember what set it was but from I see it was vivid voltage I believe? So anyway I don’t know what tier I should pick since I don’t know the value, if anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

I can't comment on value but, here's a good link that shows various errors, including Missing print layer/layers.

I’ve seen this article. But what I wanna know is because we don’t know value does it matter which tier I choose for shipping?

The shipping tier should be the amount that you would feel comfortable with if your item gets lost or damaged during shipping.
