Renewal Grading Credits? 1 1

I'm quickly coming up on my yearly renewal. Will I receive the $150 grading credit every renewal period, or is that just for new memberships?

Hello

You do receive $150 grading credit for every renewal period.  Although, any unused credit doesn't carry over to the next year.

I can confirm it does not roll over, I just got a email saying my membership was lapsed and I lost the credit, I wish they emailed us about this and not the day of, I hate that they won’t give me my credit after I was premium member that wasn’t able to use it cuz I’m new to sending submissions

So you paid for a yearly membership and never submitted cards the entire year? That's not CGC fault...

im not understanding how to even use the credits. can we use them for submissions or do they only work for the store?

The credit is strictly for grading only.  It can't be used for anything else.
