Cadence Comic Art - Help Please 0

Hi all. Anyone know the folks at Cadence Comic Art?

I reserved/requested to purchase 12-15 pieces in December, coinciding with their holiday sale. Owner responded, said they will confirm they have the pieces and get back to me as soon as possible. Haven't heard a thing since.

So, I've emailed them to regularly check in, using my work and personal email addresses, I messaged them on their website, and messaged them via Facebook.

No response.

I've asked for a courtesy reply. Crickets.

I've heard they are doing a show in Richmond near term. So it appears all systems go.

Any help? Any ideas? I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is completely unprofessional.

Hey there,

I manage Cadence Comic Art and have tried to email you 3-4 times now (starting in December.) 

We have had some issues with our domain that we are trying to get fixed, but essentially some addresses are getting blocked or spammed. It's infuriating for us as well cause some of these are major providers (like hotmail.) 

I don't visit these forums very often but can you DM me here? Like you said, I am about to drive to Richmond for a convention- but I promise to get back to you either later in the weekend or early next and hopefully we can get this resolved. 

Our deepest apologies for this problem!  And of course we will honor prices from our Holiday Sale when we get things situated

Oh man. Didn’t know there was a show in Richmond this weekend. Maybe try and stop by if there is art to be had.

You should try to stop by! GalaxyCon Richmond- first day starts later tomorrow, 2pm.

We have Werther Dell'Edera (his first convention since SIKTC has been released!), Tula Lotay, Rafael Albuquerque, Zoe Thorogood, Roge Antonio, Cory Smith, Luca Pizzari, Marco Rudy and Garry Brown all in attendance from our roster. And everyone is sketching!
