Site won't allow me to Select a Submission Method 1 1

I'm trying to select a submission method to submit trading cards but there are no options. I had started submitted and needed to pause for awhile, when I came back none of what I had added to cart was still there and when I go to start a new submission there are no options like before to select a submission method. Is this a site error or am I doing something wrong? I've tried on two different computers and networks and same problem so unless it's a problem with my account I don't believe it's any computer equipment I'm using.
