you get tons of these questions.  Maybe there could be some sort of stickied thread at the top of the forum?  Not a big deal obviously, and obviously it would make more sense for people to do the bare minimum of checking out the website before creating a forum ID and posing a question to strangers, but just something to consider?

I may do a frequently asked questions thread at some point into the future.  I recently set up a drip campaign so, all new posters receive a welcome PM from me.  I could post a link to it into that for the card people.
