I don't.  There's humor where it is fun and tasteful.  But some humor can go too far as in the case of this year's Oscars.

Dark Knight says "can't the man just RIP?"- well, don't ask a satire website that. Ask The Real Stan Lee website and twitter which continues to pump out content and continues to license Stan Lee's likeness. Stan was about making bucks. It's not disgusting; it's based on collectors and speculation and the collectibles market sure but it's also based on Stan hawking his autograph for expensive prices into his 90s and so forth. If people cared more about learning documented history perhaps they'd be more outraged and offended at the erasure of Jack Kirby than an Onion article.

Stan was an unapologetic self-promoter.  His greatest skill was not storytelling (and I grew up with and loved his story telling). It was his ability to promote and sell. To make you want his stuff. 

Stan would absolutely find it hilarious.  Just like he would have had no objections to people selling comic books he had signed at inflated prices immediately after his death.

Agree. The Oscars have been a bad joke for years. Violence is never the answer.
