Question about 2021 Venom 1 Dell Otto Variants 0

Hello Friends

I came across some Venom 1 covers from 2021 

Both are by Gabriele Dell'otto. The Image is the Same but the Logo is different.

Is there any difference between the two . Is one a store variant? (See below for Venom Small and Venom Large)

The second one is simply noted as a variant on Key Collector....I cannot find any examples of the first one, other than this ebay sale which has a barcode (presumably the Ebay one is a newsstand)

Well, those are both stock images from the distributor which is why the upc is not present on the covers.  I believe the top image is the one that shipped, and the second image with the small logo was a pre-order solicit image that changed.  The ebay pic shown is not a newsstand as the newsstand market no longer exists.
