Good for you.  I don't even collect this title but had to take a hard look.  What a great book!

Thanks! As I shared with Ed, I like this one for more than just the rarity and upside value. When I first told my 80 year old father-on-law about my interest in comics, he started rattling off his memory of this “crippled kid” who would say “Shazam” and become a super hero. So there’s that recall and coolness. Then we got the Nazi history. I watched a YouTube this morning and it took me through each page/panel. The history and origins of a Junior who lasted 9 years and 119 comics… Sold me!

I really need to slow down though. Is there such a thing as comicaholics anonymous?!?

I came back into this hobby after an almost-45-year absence last spring.  I spent pretty indiscriminately, especially at first, but you at least seem to be putting your $ in the right places as far as I can tell.

There are some “classic covers” in Master Comics featuring Capt. Marvel Jr. itself, which are not common but surely affordable.

And (trivia!) Capt. Marvel had Italian editions (together with local characters!) in the late 1940s!
