Popular Post Scrooge
A run that does not get a lot of mention but is solid throughout is Tonto. Far from being an afterthought beside Lone Ranger, Tonto, the series, is an all-around delight. Great art by Giolitti and neatly crafted stories about Tonto's current life and his youth. Never a dull issue. Here are a couple of covers - Mighty Hal, AJD, Morganmi and 4 others

Popular Post MattTheDuck
I picked up some really interesting Golden Age giveaways/promotional pieces from @eccomic. What I like about them is that many are geared towards adults not kids Larryw7, comicjack, AJD and 3 others

This one also falls into my threads theme as a cheaper keeper of a book I have a really lot of love for despite its low dollar value. Funny that you mention this issue of Airboy. Definitely my favorite - to the point that I now have two of them - AJD, Dave2739, Randall Dowling and 1 other

Popular Post 50YrsCollctngCmcs
Most of my collection falls in this thread. Hard to pick a favorite but I'll grab two random scans for examples. So much great material can be had for a good price if you just look. I'm a big Dell guy but I'll skip those and go to some other publishers Here's some early Golden Age picked up in the sub $300 range in the last five years. Big thick 64 page books that really capture the feel of the Golden Age of comics. OdinsSecrets, fifties, AJD and 6 others

I remember watching that movie as a kid. Brilliant concept... a menace so insidious, so terrifying, that the only possible chance for escape was... to stroll casually to one side! It was the kind of movie that Count Floyd would have promoted. jimjum12, The Black Hand ® and kazoo 2
