HI ALL.  Recent sale of $46K for a 4.0 but I think this one looks better, no spine shipping like the other.  Anyway...my price $40000 FIRM...I WILL accept time payments...up to 3 months with 1/3 down.  I was already offered $39K for it....and refused..the Price is $40K ...I will pay shipping.  That is Net...so you choose how you want to pay..check or otherwise.  No trades or part trades unless heavily in my favor.   Only other book I'd pay the difference for is a restored Superman 1 and going rate, fair price.   No Returns on this graded book.
