Does anyone know what comics is this? I think it is a promo/give away comic but I can not find any info on-line.

Do you know what the dimensions are on this book?  It looks to be really small and not shaped like a U.S. book would likely be.

This is 18x13cm and has 14 Pagés

It appears to be from 1959, no much info in the indica. I still have to find any info on-line, I checked HA, MCS, eBay, it is not listed on Overstreet.
