Will credit be applied? 0

I submitted my comics back in June and with membership you would deduct $150 credit. My membership is due to expire and still no movement on my books. I want to be sure the credit will be applied before I renew since I feel I should get the credit from the year the books were submitted as it seems fair. Can I be assured the credit will be applied?

Thank you for your message.  Yes, as long as your order was received in our office before your membership expired then you will still receive the $150 credit even if the submission is not completed until after the expiration date. Once you see the payment go through, if you don't believe your credit was applied, you can reach us at 877-662-6642 or by email at [email protected] and we can check with our accounting department for you

Well now it just automatically renewed and my previous $150 credit wasn’t applied yet so did I lose the previous credit or do I now have $300 total credit?

As long as your order was received before your membership expired, the old credit would still be applied.  You can check with customer service to make sure that previous credit is still on your account if you do not think it was applied.  You can reach us at 877-662-6642 or by email at [email protected].
