PGM: ASM #51 - GRADE IS IN! 4 4

Here is my copy of Amazing Spider-Man #51, the first cover appearance of the Kingpin.

Here are the issues as I see them:

There are some creases along the right-hand side of the front cover, but they seem to be non-color-breaking. There are two impressions near the Kingpin’s upper left-hand shoulder on the front cover, but I believe that these could be pressed out. There is also an impression on Spidey’s right thigh, but it could also be pressed out. There is some slight fraying at the bottom left-hand corner of the front cover. There is also some creasing along the left-hand side of the front cover, but most of them seem to be non-color-breaking. There is a slight staple tear near the word MARVEL along the left-hand side of the front cover. There is distributor’s ink at the top of the book, and the ink slightly penetrates the majority of the pages. There are two creases near the upper left-hand and lower left-hand corner of the back cover, but both are non-color-breaking. The cover is firmly attached at both staples.

I think that this is a decent copy, but I think that this book could be improved by a cleaning/pressing. What are your thoughts? Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

7.5 I feel like it should be a little higher. Black cover and not seeing many flaws respectively. There is some line (non color breaking) across the top by Amazing. Can’t tell what that is, If it can be pressed out or what.. if it’s indented in the cover.

7.5...a sneaky book with the dark making it tough for better grades.

I'm thinking 7.5 as well, and am also not sure if a press would help...there's just enough color-breaking wear, especially on the front cover.
