small tear top left corner

Creases next to May  - the one closest to May is from the inside staple rubbing

Another crease next to Coming of the Man-Thing

Longer crease bottom left

Back is very clean except for indentations from staples

A book I looked for for years in the 2000's at cons and shops and never purchased a copy.  Either no one had it, or was too low grade for my liking.  Prices on this are getting crazy.
