Between 3 to 3.5 IMHO. A C&P would help a lot. Great book to have in almost any condition and sure to climb in value with Kingpin now in the MCU.

I appreciate all the replies. I plan on getting it cleaned, pressed and graded. I will give a full report when that date arrives.
