$150 Credit not applied/full amount charged to credit card

I sent in my first submission a couple of weeks ago and I checked my credit card statement to see what was charged. The full amount that was quoted to me at submission is the amount that was charged on my statement. Can someone look into this? I'd like to upgrade my membership to the Elite tier from the Premium tier when it comes up for renewal next month and want to ensure that all credits are applied before I renew.
