Its clearly a poor description, but will be made clear via the image.    Likely they have the same description in their database for any version or reprint of FF1.

Someone just sold an ASM 1 9.0 listed at 100K over in the Sales Forum.  

But, not sure if there was a PM offer or not (assume yes?).  Either way, it was listed for 100K an hour ago and it's already marked as sold.

I didn't even notice the signature.   Will remove from the list.   I actually doubt that X-men #1 9.8 is really the 1963 version.

I don't have a position on this. I'm just saying that description could be better. While it's obvious to me that this is not an FF1 from 1961, the date at the top of the description says 1961 instead of 2018 or whatever the actual date of publication is for this book. And yes, a pic would help to clear it up as well.

I am constantly apologizing to GA collectors as it is not my area of expertise especially outside of SuperHeroes - I know a few of the big ones to look for but definitely not all.   But I also tried to limit this to sales since 2020 when the most recent boom took off.
