Perforation On pages affecting grading

Does CGC grade against perforation tears in older comics? Looking for some feedback on a Thor comic I purchased on. It sure if I should encapsulated due to small holes on serval pages.

Those are gripper holes, a manufacturing defect. Most manufacturing defects don't downgrade your comic.  If you go to the top right of this page and type "gripper holes" into the search box (with the quotes), you will find more threads about that particular issue.
