Hi guys, sorry for the inactivity. I have been going through a lot lately. I went back to the ER again as my symptoms weren't letting up. I was having chronic migraines due to my intense neck pain/stiffness. I was essentially sleeping the days away, and when I got up, I was in a state of vertigo. 

I went to the chiropractor to try something different. He adjusted my neck/back 2x since. It seemed to help, but my legs started to hurt a lot. Like a radiating pain. I returned back to work none the less. First day back was ok with some extra strength ibuprofen in my system. 

There was a moment where I suddenly ran out of breath and had to sit down. The 2nd day back started out ok. However my legs felt a lot worse that day. There came another moment where I lost my breath and sat down to regain my composure. I never regained it. I spiraled downhill fast, experiencing dizziness, walking sideways, and holding on to things to stop from collapsing. 

My father and my wife came and got me, and took me back to the ER. This time they did lab tests/ vials of blood. Currently waiting to see if it could be Lyme's disease. I am so sorry for the inconvenience guys. Please be patient with me as I can barely walk atm, and my energy levels are nearly 0.

Update: 

I did get formally diagnosed with lyme's disease. I had a appointment with my PCP, and they wasted no time getting me on antibiotics (doxycycline) for a full 28 day regiment. They suspect I may have a more severe case. I have an echocardiogram, and a CT scan scheduled.

The bacteria can migrate to your heart and brain wreaking all kinds of havoc. If my CT scan comes back with any swelling, I will have to be admitted to the hospital and put on IV antibiotics. Thanks for all the kind responses, and good wishes.

My son just had a tick on him that had lymes. He was treated with the same antibiotic as you and doing great.  Here is the good news, treatment advancements are remarkable with this compared to 20 years ago. I know that doesn’t help that you are going though hell right now and I will be thinking about you.  Prayer sent too.

Thank you for all your support. I went and had a CT scan done today, my Dr wanted to make sure there was no brain swelling. I am awaiting the results, and if I get cleared I will get this thread back on track. If it comes back with bad results, I will have to be on IV antibiotics for at least 14 days. I had an echo done recently, and the lymes didn't effect my heart, it came back good. The Doxycycline is helping a lot, and I have been a lot more lively. I returned back to work for 2 days now, with no physical episodes. Thanks again for all your patience and support.

:news: My CT scan went well, no signs of swelling, or any anomalies. Thanks for all your support! I have been feeling like myself now for the past 4 days, my energy levels have been great. I did develop a mild case of Bell's Palsy, I currently have no control over my muscles in my left side of my face. It feels weird to not be able to close your left eye, and smile straight.

That being said I am thankful just to be back to normal otherwise, and getting back to my life. I apologize to the ones who have claimed books that I had to put on hold. So tonight will be the final night, and I will leave the thread open till Friday evening, and close it and get invoices out the following evening.
