I recently acquired a several of these at a garage sale. Most with the tabs still attached (never folded).

If the card was folded, thus breaking the attached tab, how much does that effect the grading? Assuming all other factors remain the same. Just looking for an approximation.

Cgc doesn’t grade these.  So you might be better off asking on the message board of a company that does grade them

Received a response from PSA:

I have subbed about 20-30 of these over the years and I know of what you speak. Almost all of these cards that are not Pristine MINT, Never Folded (Never Having Been Folded) have come back as a VG 3 to VG-EX 4 to 4.5 at most. I think I actually got a EX-MT 6 on one, once? Apparently once they are Folded, even just once, they are mostly beyond even an EX 5.
