CGC generally seem to place a higher value on structural solidity over eye appeal. For me it's other way around. So I'd probably go for book 2 - though I'd want to have a better look at it before buying.

Thank you all for your thoughts on the two books. It's been very helpful. I was curious to see if one book clearly stood out in peoples' opinions (even from the limited info I currently have on the second book). I will either end up going with the better presenting copy or with both once I can see them in person. Like I said, I'll post some better pics once I have them as well. Thanks again!
