That's the 1/1 highest graded. There IS a 9.9 #7, which is why he was looking for that in that specific grade.

 

Yes, that's correct, they do exist AND they are tough to find. Hence my asking about them.

Good luck on finding them. Bill Hughes has probably dangled a pretty big carrot for those books, so I'm guessing the price must be somewhere in the arm+leg+spleen range.
