Flash #214 & Metal Men Origin 1 1

I have a questions on Flash #214. 

(1) GoCollect has the comic listed as: Origin of Metal Men

(2) Key Collect Comics has it listed as: Reprint of Flash #155 and Origin of Metal Men

DC Fandom notes this comic as Flash #214 (reprint), National Comics #67 (reprint), The Face Behind the Mask, Adventure Comics #179 (reprint), Showcase #37 (reprint), Flash #145 (reprint), and The Tale of Three Tokens. 

When I first saw the "Origin" verbiage, I thought maybe Flash 214 included a side story with the origin of Metal Men, but I believe that is covered Showcase #37 (1st appearance of MM).

If anything, they should highlight how "The Tale of the Three Tokens" is an unpublished Golden-Age story with Jay Garrick, originally intended for Flash Comics.
