Didn't Al Feldstein draw himself at least a few times and also he did one with Gaines and him - not an EC collector so not sure.

And wasn't there an BA Marvel horror title where Wrightson drew either himself and Roy Thomas?

Certainly very socially-dated in places, but it is around 70 years old.
