Increase in shipping not listed on site? 0

Hi-

 

I just had 3 submissions received and all charges where higher than when i inputted them. No explanation as to why I was charged more than shown on my Customer Copy. Is this an increase in shipping?

 

Also, i have had a $44 credit balance sitting on my account but accounting refuses to use it against my charges. Why?

Nothing wrong with asking, but may get more specific answers from contacting Cgc customer service directly
