It has always been sub 10 with my membership and that is also what the standard "price page" says. If your packing slip was generated between July 1 and July 4, you may have seen a charge of $15 for subgrades rather than $10. If you have already sent your shipment, please call customer service to have the subgrade fee adjusted. If you have generated the packing slip but have not yet sent it in, please write on the packing slip that the adjustment needs to be made. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
