Superman 157 was the first Silver Age issue I bought - my original copy cost me $1.50 in 1986. This copy I bought on ebay a couple years back. The cover of 149 is a stone cold classic. In fact, the whole issue is a classic. It is, without a doubt, my favourite DC book.

Kromak
141 and 149 are two of the most iconic Silver Age Superman stories, if not the two top ones. I still have to get a copy of 149. My big complaint about the 141 story is that it ends too abruptly. That's the price you pay for fixed format comic books. If it was published in Newspaper, there would be no such problem. Kromak
I thin no one posted an annual so far? Technically not a Superman edition... Mmehdy and hchill25

It’s reprinted in Superman: The Silver Age Dailies 1959-61. I should also mention that this version includes gorgeous Curt Swan art!
frozentundraguy
A few more from my collection. Jan 66. July 1968 November 1967, the cover seems a bit more like early 60's than late. February 1961 JohnH19, hchill25 and Mmehdy
