sent in a submission and return shipping is supposed to be fedex ground but it says its been shipped back through usps. is there a certain reason that would happen? says shipped on the 14th with no updates since

Have you found a solution to this? I had the exact same problem but haven’t called CGC yet. It says shipped on the 14th, and the link takes me to a USPS tracking number, however, it says they are still waiting for the package.

nope they just said oops and gave me 5 dollars credit and then just did it to my new submission
