Odd cut card 1 1

Have a really weird cut pikachu was wondering if it would be able to be graded and encased the bottom has a little extra flange and top is square cut

We can safely encapsulate it as long as there are not pieces hanging off/about to fall off.  This particular card appears to be stable enough to grade and encapsulate.
